It was raised in VII century. It’s 16 meters high. According to the legend it is the grave of prince Krak – the founder of Cracow.

The Krak’s Mound is worth to visit on Tuesday after Easter because there is a gala called “Sleeve”. Next to the mound there are Plaszow’s camp and quarry “Liban” where the movie “Schindler’s List” was made.
